BCM 400 Outgoing Call Mute

Hi guys I'm having a very weird issue. After set up the PRI Trunk between the PBX and the soft-switch via T1 channel we are experimenting a mute calls. I've figured out that all the media streams are being sent through the channel number 2.

So, do I need any adaptation software for NI-2 interworking whith Switches other than AT&TT 5ESS?
