My BCM has been working for 4+ years. Auto-attendant has been ringing to hunt group and if unanswered, saying "Operator is unavailable". Yesterday I setup the auto-attendant so that unanswered calls would transfer to general delivery mailbox. I first deleted her mailbox and then assigned the general delivery mailbox to her DN. I now have a 2-fold problem. #1 - It's working however it only goes to her mailbox after 12 rings and i cannot figure out how to change it. #2 - All outgoing calls on her phone have extreme static. I would greatly appreciate help to resolve this issue.
