Hello all,

I am totally new to the BCM 400, do not have any manuals and need to know how to see the call park codes. I can get connnected and see:

System
Resources
Services
Management
Diagnostics

Not sure where to go - thanks for any imput!

You dont need to login as administrator to look up park code -
Just park a call (F74) and it'll tell you the location on the display

Plus where you did goto is the wrong place to be

Your in the Maintenance window and to do programming changes you need to be in the Configure Window and you would the System Admin Password.

System
Resources
Services
Management
Diagnostics

But do as senk1s said to do. default is 101, 102, 103, ect

Looks like he's logged into configuration to me.

Open Services, Telephony Services, General Settings, then click on Access Codes. Park Prefix will be at the top. As mentioned, it defaults to 1. That gives you 101-125 for the park slots. Analog devices always park at 125. Digital devices start at 101 and either work their way up if the mode is cycle, or revert to the lowest number if park mode is set to lowest. That is configured under General Settings, Feature Settings.
