BCM 400 keeps dropping PRI

Our BCM400 3.7(all patches applied)keeps dropping the PRI every now and then. The BFT and T1 module have been changed...things worked fine for 3 weeks and now it has started again. PRI provider has tested the lines and tells me everything is okay....the strange thing is that when the line drops some of the phones start blinking red...if I reboot the system it seems to become more stable...or at least for a while.any ideas would help...is going to 4.0 the answer?
 
I dont have one....trusting that the line provider has done "intrusive" testing that I asked for and says the line is okay...the part I dont get is when I get these disconnections some off the phones start blinking red....not all of them...if the PRI was failling I would not see why the phones (and only some) would reset....
