BCM 400 IP2004 sets keep resetting every 10 min.

I have a BCM 400 W/ 8 remote sets in total at 3 different locations. One of the locations has 2 sets that keep resetting about every 5-10 min.The IT people claim nothing has changed. My other sites are working. The BCM log reports "no public media address for 192.168.xx.xx. Any ideas?
