BCM 400: IP terminal service has stopped

After a bcm 400 reboots I get the following error: "10003 Service Manager - IP terminal services (NTPS) has stopped unexpectedly. Service Manager is attempting to restart." It's a critical alarm and I can clear it momentarily, but in a few minutes it is back. Can someone please advise how to resolve this problem?

Go to Administration - Services and try to restart the service manually. It sounds like you may have an IP address conflict or an Ethernet interface issue.
