i have two ip set that are at one remote site they complain sometimes about customers not hearing them or cut for second.

The common problem with voip is that the packets priority on the network take a back seet to gold or silver packets(QoS) and some get clipped and need to be resent.

Mguns thanks for the info i will try that next time, what i did for now was to set the codec to 711.ulaw.
