BCM 400 Ip phone to Ip phone

Does anyone know how to build the route on the vpn to enable the voice path on 2 ip phones at different locations on a bcm400. The phones ring when called but no voice path. Any suggestions?

What type of VPN device? The BCM doesn't control that, unless using the IPSEC keycode on the BCM and having the BCM be the VPN endpoint.

You also can build a VPN using PPTP which the BCM supports and is a hell of a lot simpler to set up than IPSEC

PPTP is not very secure, IPSec is the way to go.

I agree PPTP isn't as secure, but does he want extreme security or connectivity..
