BCM 400 Internal On-Hold Music

Does any know how, or even if it is possible, to activate the Music On Hold feature so that music will be heard for internal callers that are put on hold. i.e. Sally from Ext. 2722 calls John at Ext. 2788 and has to put Sally on hold to get another call. Sally hears nothing but silence. External calls get moh.

There is no MOH for internal callers.
