BCM 400 I2050 Softphone issues

We have a BCM 400 Rls 3.7 and some of our users have MS Vista 32 and are trying to download the softphone to thier laptops and it will not take. I was told by Nortel that Vista 32 is compatible with the i2050 softphone. Do we need to download a newer version and if so where can I download from?

Use the latest v2.2.264 version

There was a bulletin posted on voice quality with Vista:
- select File -> Settings -> Audio
- set Quality Setting to 4 or higher

Thanks gwebster is the latest version on the bcm 3.0 and 4.0 systems? If not where would I get the latest version?

That is the latest version for BCM systems. BCM does not yet support the v3 release.
