BCM 400 Hunt Groups

I have a BCM 3.6. Calls come in, callers select option 3. Option 3 is a hunt group DN with 2 members. Currently, the call will just bounce between the 2 sets until someone answers. What they want is, after hours, it can go to one of the 2 mailboxes. Is there a way to do this?

 
Have a night time CCR that routes the caller directly to the mailbox. Or, to another Night Time hunt group, then have that hunt group overflow to the voicemail DN. Then in the mailbox where you want to have the caller go, put the new HG DN as the alternate extension within that mailbox.

hey DB, wont that affect the whole CCR tree? All I want to do is change option 3.

 
DB is right, just copy your existing CCR Tree, but change Path 3. It will be automatic.

You can have a seperate CCR tree after hours.. Basically duplicate the day tree and then change option 3 to either 1) goto a mailbox, or 2) goto a different hunt group that rings the extensions then after 30 seconds overflow to the voicemail DN... Will still act the same, somewhat, but the only difference is during the day it won't overflow to voicemail..
 
The after hours thing isn't as important as it going to someone's voicemail eventually.

 
Copy the tree, but then I would have to record a new greeting?

 
Well if you don't mind the call forwarding to a voice mailbox during the day, just set the overflow on the existing HG to the VM DN. The add the HG DN as an alternate extension in the users voice mailbox.
