It's my first post in this particular forum related to BCM systems.
I've tryed to make a hunt groups and I do need that the call be fowarded back to my receptionist if it doesn't reach anyone in the Group of 2 DNs .
People are calling from external then press 1 for sales, then there's 2 options, if they press 2 its calling the actual hunt group, but if the 2 DN aren't answering the call, the system come back saying that the person you are trying to reach is not available and then the Menu is started again. Why it doesn't foward to the receptionist ? I did set the FWD IF BUSY to Overflow and the overflow is the receptionist DN.
