I have a BCM 400 4.0 with several ASM cards and 2 GASM cards. Out in the warehouse employees cannot hear the rings on the GASM cards but they are fine on the ASM cards. I noticed the output voltage on the GASM is 48VDC and the ASM is 30VDC. Has any one had this particular problem arrise on a BCM before?

The GASM's are on bus 5/0 and 5/1 but it looks like at this point that the low ring volume are only coming from these GASM.

The line voltage and ring voltage are two different voltage one is dc the other is ring voltage ac 90-105 volts 20 hz. Use a meter.

So if the ring voltage output is low are there settings, dip switches etc. that can be adjusted or just replace card? Thanks.
