BCM 400 FAX keycodes

Hi all,

I have one costomer & he wants to send & receive faxes via outlook.
I already applied FAX suite, VM seat UM seat & IP clent seat keycodes.Setup one softphone in PC.
If anyone can explane what are the steps should I follow, I'll be much appreciate..

Most of the time you would use an extra did and assign it in the users mailbox to express messaging. Make sure the prime for the line is the voice mail DN too.Depending on the S/W release there mite be a fax only box ,check that.
Now the user can recieve faxes. For sending faxes all you do is go to print the document and select the nortel fax printer, when the page opens you would put in the route and phone number if you want to send to multiple faxes put a comma in between the number and enter another route and number.
