Hello,

I have a BCM 400 release 3.7,
the problem im having is that the E partition is full,
the only way out is to contact nortel and get the vnc password but i dont want ot call nortel as their support in this will take ages,
was asking whether if a format the E drive will there be any problems as this will clear all the data in E and give all the spoace required...

thanks,

Why don`t you use dameware mini remote control to access the windows, its like VNC but you can install it remotely...

BTW nortel wont support you if you do this, for what its worth anyway..

If its not broke tweak it..

Try this.From Nortel.
