bcm 400 dtm

I have a BCM 400 release 4 - which I can not seem to see my DTM card in the main media Bay -

the system was moved and is now being re-installed.

hook up a digital phone on it. then it will enable the card.

should have read closer DTM not DSM.

What buses are you using.

It seems the first level of the drop down only gives you trunk module, then a second level will (at the DS0) level will allow you to call it a Digital Trunk Module (DTM).

First you should power off your bcm and pull the DTM card from it. Next, take note of the dip switch settings and referring to the installation and maintenance Guide find out on which bus is the card assigned. After that you'll be able to assign it properly using element manager.
