Hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction here, because this has been driving me nuts. Every month or so I get 1 or 2 users who report that their calls are dropped when dialing certain numbers.
I had our provider check the calls and they see normal call clearing with the bye coming from our end. I checked for alarms in the BCM console and didn't see anything unusual. None of the other active calls at the time were dropped and none of the other calls placed from those phones drop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
