We have a BCM 400 rls 3.7 that will not recognize T7316e phones and will not allow access to the Telephony Services programming icon in the Unified Manager. I tried rebooting numerous times. I was able to retrieve the KSU version 30CJD06 but could not find any info on that. Any assistance will be appreciated.
