We just installed a BCM 400 Rls 3.7 and all is working well except that the system does not recognize T series phones. We also cannot access the telephone programming from the gui interface but we can program from the telset. When accessing from the gui it says "the telephone services are not available at this time" We cannot access the wizzard programming either. Do you think this needs to be reset and start all over again or is there some other way to make this work.

BCM 400 Does Not Recognize T7316E Phones

It sounds like the BCM will need a reboot, but also follow my guide below. The old NT4 3.x versions were always in need of a reboot. It's worth checking that all of the connections are OK and that you don't have any old Green capacitors, which indicate a faulty board. Also check that the hard disk can be read on another PC, or plug in a keyboard monitor and mouse on the front of the BCM before powering it up.
