BCM 400--Display Caller Info

I have two extension 998 and 999. 999 is the main number and 998 has an answer extension of 999 so that the phone rings. Currently when someone calls 999 both phones ring but 998 only shows Line280>XXX where XXX is the name of the person at 999.

Is there a way to have the caller info appear on both lines? The lines are same to display name and number and displays correctly on the primary line when a caller dials either line directly.

In the EM under active sets under that set > line assignment check the CLID.

clid only works on sets that have the line appear and ring
if the line only appears you need to use the feature 811 code (when the line is ringing on the other set

i don't know if the f811 works on sets with the answer dn

It's not that the CLID wasn't set up, it's that the line wasn't assigned, just the answer DN. Adding the line got it done.
