BCM 400 disk F full

I was using some pacth to upgrade a BCM 400, but I couldn't because I always received a error like this: Disk F without enought space, When I check the disk F is true, I move some file to disk G but when I check again the disk was still full and now I cant move the files to the first location because it give me a error message "Disk full" What can I do?

I assume this is a BCM 3.7.
Install the OS fix patch first, 370.194.
