BCM 400 Dipswitch settings...Urgent HELP !!!!.

Need to know the proper dipswitch settings. Has been 8 years since needing to do this and getting a bit confused...this is what I'm trying to do
1- DSM 32+ in module 2
2- GATM 8 in module 7
3- GATM 4 in module 6

I believe I now have settings correct for the DSM 32 + in module 2
