BCM 400 DHCP server

I have a customer that wants to use the BCM 400 4.0 DHCP server. I have tried everything and can't get it to work. I plugged directly into the LAN port on the BCM and still not working. I setup the VLAN identifiers on the BES, BCM and the phone. Does anyone have any tips or procedures to follow to get this working, my cut is supposed to be on Tuesday!!!

I believe you need to turn DHCP on as default is off.

I have the DHCP server setup to Enabled-All Devices. Still nothing. I also tried Enabled-IP Phones Only and still nothing

did you define the dhcp scope and lan port?

Yes I did. I also tried LAN 2 and no dice.

I am not really familiar with this so maybe this is a dumb question but do I need to setup anything with the router on the BCM to get this to work?
