BCM 400 CP/CP Desktop Msg - No Msg Waiting

One user on our BCM 400 V. 3.7 has an issue that here message waiting light never comes on if her computer is logged on. We have Call Pilot Desktop Messaging. You can see the new message in the mail though? Any suggestions.

Sounds like the email client is marking the message as read - try turning off preview pane for the CallPilot message store window.
