BCM 400 Contact Center Help 2

Hi,
I am working with a BCM 400 4.0 that has contact center.
My question is, I need to setup another skillset and the customers wants it to have an option for ex. "this group pres 1 and for this group 2". This needs to happen from the same dial in number. I set up a main greeting and CCR tree to the DN's associated with the 2 skillets, but upon entering the selection you want "1 or 2" it only rings and will not go into que, any suggestions.

theres alot to this...

-where does the call ring, "instead of going into que?"
-are there busy agents forcing the call into que or is message/que your first step?
-front ending the skillset with a ccr tree is the proper way to set it up.

Can you reach both skillsets by dialing their DN thru AA?
Is the CCR tree enabled?
 
Thanks for those who replied, I did figure it out.
When you just dial the DN, it just rings, but when I go through the AA is DOES go into que like it should.
I guess my question was a bit premature but once I got back on site and tried it it was fine.
