I had posted a while back about an issue I was having where I added a keycode for a skillset and I was getting an invalid CDN for every number that I entered. Long story, but a reboot corrected the issue. I have just added another skillset for the same user and again I am starting to get the invalid CDN. Does anyone have any ideas? The system was fully patched when it was installed in November. Does anyone know of a reason why this would happen everytime I try to add a skillset keycode?

You make it sound as if your adding a keycode, that allows them to add another skillset, than when trying to enter a CDN while building skillset, it refuses to cooperate.

If that's the case, the skillset keycode might require a reboot, like VoIP trunk keycodes do?
