We have a BCM 400 RLS 3.7. THE MSC card failed and it has been replaced. The phones come up and the hard drive comes up and we are able to login from the browser but cannot access telephony programming and cannot access programming from a telset wit f**system.
Better to be able to access the browser versus telset, I know you should be able to but it wasn't supported by Nortel on 3.7 and below systems. A reboot could clear it up though.
