BCM 400 cannot assign application to lines using tappman command.

Dear Members,
I have an issue with BCM 400 in my lab, when I try to assign an IVR application on two lines( 2 port IVR license) , I am getting an error

tappman: Cannot change lines during component initialization. Aborting!

Done!


Also I found that the srp service is in INIT state and never coming to running state.

I issued the vsh srp -status command from element manager and found this

I had deleted the existing lines before this to assign new application and from there i am facing these issues.
I have restarted the service and restarted the BCM still it's not working. Can you check this with the BCM engineers in your team.

Please help as we have to give demo to one of our customer.
