BCM 400 calls

Hello all!
Please i need assitance, my BCM 4.0 fails to receive calls, when one make call to my line (E-1 line), it engages and drop calls. I observer with a BCM monitor thats the call actually comes in then drop dead.
At the moment we can only make calls out,we aren't able to receive calls.

Please Advice ASAP.

Do your public recieve digits match? Isn't there a setting for expected number of digits?

Has this been a working BCM or is this something new that just started?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
