I am having a mailbox issue with one of my BCM400 CallPilot customers. If two callers hit a voicemail box at the same time, both callers hear the persons greeting and both are prompted to leave a message. However, only one of the messages is being saved and the other one is lost. The customer is fine with the fact that only one person can leave a message at a time, but they are wanting the other caller to be alerted in some manner that the voicemail box is not available at this time. This way they at least know they can not leave a message and need to call back. Is this possible? Thanks!
