BCM 400 callpilot problem with recorded message

Hi folks.

We have a Bcm 400 telephone system and we have an 'out if hours' message recorded. All the receptionist does is hit the transfer button and any callers get the pre-recorded message.

Problem is, I need to change the message now. Using the callpilot program on a PC, I've recorded a new message and imported it to overwrite the existing message. I tested it by playing it back on an extension and even on the the main telephone extension and I get the new message but when I press the transfer button to make it live to outside callers and dial the school number using a mobile phone, I get the old message - Not the new one.

Anyone any idea why I'm getting the old message and not the new one.

Did you disable it before you re-recorded it
