BCM 400 Callpilot access

Am having a mental block. Cannot access the callpilot programming. Have reset the system password (F985-9 Password - OK)to default but still cannot access. Any guidance please

should've been the same as BCM.r u using telset or PC? Telset: F983, userID, pswd

Are we talking about BCM Call Pilot or Startalk etc?. If it's a BCM, then what version is it?.
