BCM 400 Caller ID not working

Guys, I have a customer with a PRI. Most sets show the incoming caller ID right away, but 2 sets that we just changed DN's on are not showing caller ID until the call is answered. What is the setting needed to change this to match the phones that show it immediately? Thank you!
 
If it's a DDI line then go to the line access tab of the extn, set the target line clid box and tick it

Do this for each extns target line in line access.
