I have a customer with a BCM 400 R4.0 and they want to setup an external LED to light up when the Primary Alert in there skillset is passed. Anyone have any ideas on how that would have to be setup

I do believe the login LED is the one that blinks on the agents set . I think there is a first alert that blinks slow then when there is a second that blinks fast to notify of the que time.

Well that is how it is working now on the supervisors phones but they want an external light that the agents can see when calls are getting backed up.

Have the supervisor shine a flash light. I don't know of anything that would do this.

You would need RCC to do anything close to that. With that you could set up IPView clients on their PC's that can flash at them when thresholds are met.

Thats what I thought. Thanks
