No way to do it using Call Record/F989. That's Nortel's way of assuring compliance with FCC regulations stating that you need to notify the party that the call may be recorded.
There are other call recording devices, such as Algo, that record 'silently', but they don't come cheap.
The Algo is a great product. Go to Algosolutions.com and see the single or multiple ECR recording devices. It will record any time a phone is on and saves it witha 1.5 second delay to either a wav or wma file.
