Does anyone know how to have the auto attendant go to the main set after the greeting and CCR Tree plays. Right now it just keeps playing the greeting over and over again. The version of BCM is 400 4.0

There was an issue if using Callpilot that the greetings kept playing, and a patch was released for that. Could this be linked to your problem?
The initial fix before the patch was to change Callpilot interface to NVM
