Dear All,

after a power failure my BCM400 4.0 is partially down. Skillset do not work (as a workaround i programmed hunt group). I'm unable to login to CallPilot Manager (500 internal server error). Under advise of Avaya support, I replaced BFT with no recovery. I restored backup before failure only for CallPilot feature with no success. Also, I restored factory default for CallPilot with no success. Now I bypassed raid controller and connected directly primary hard drive to bcm. The controller and mirror disk are faulty and I will replace them asap. Core telephony is ok.

Any idea to recover CallPilot?

Thank you!

Once you replace the hard drive(s) you will do a restore from your backup and whatever components you saved will be restored. If you saved Call Pilot configuration and Messages, that's what will be put back in.

Outside of that, you could use an older backup if you have one or restore to factory defaults and reprogram from scratch (very painful).

When you do the restore, you can deselect telephony so it will keep what's already loaded onto the MSC card but I wouldn't bother if you have a complete backup.

Good Luck.
