BCM 400 call pilot problem

Hello,

I am new to the forums and find it very helpful.

I have a BCM 400 that I recently installed and is working fine but on the Call Pilot side I have a problem. One of my rookie techs deleted the System Admin box and now when you try to get into the call pilot it goes to the set up wizard automatically. ( you know where it ask the starting DN and lines ) The users mailboxes still work and I can add mailboxes though the Unified Manager, but I can't get into the call pilot side to change things. Does any body know any backdoors to get into the set up side of call pilot? Reinitionlizing isn't really a option cause I dont want All of my users having to start over.

I would try a backup if you have one. If not I would try to initialise the call pilot.

You can use a telephone (IP Client or phone on site) and do Feature 982

This will set CP to NEW Unitialized state.
 
Ok.. I dont have a backup. I will see what I can do tommorow and post my results.

If you initialise the call pilot you will lose everything messages voice mailboxes the lot.

Yep.. I dont want to do that. Although it may be my only option. I have a call into nortel. I will let you guys know in case this happens to anybody else.
