BCM 400 /call pilot dial by name

Does anyone know how to set up an AA on a BCM so that the dial by name directory can be accessed while the company greeting is playing? Currently the caller has to touch *7 and then listen to the canned greeting giving the caller instructions to dial by first or last name.

Is it possible to make the directory a one touch transfer in the CCR tree? One last question, is it possible to customize the greeting so the caller hears my voice instead of the canned one?

press # to go to dial by name

yes you can record your own personal company greeting

just click on voice tab and dial the extn
then follow the record and save tabs

Thanks snowman, I think my question was worded wrong. I meant to ask how to change the dial by name "canned" instructions to my voice.

I think that is preset and cant be changed.
