I have a bcm 400 with the latest s/w and the integrated call pilot. I have a ccr tree with menu branches pointing to different departments. The operator ext is 201. Is there a way to zero out in different stages of the tree to go to different exy's. Fot instance "for sales press 1"," for acounting press 2" ect and if the caller hits 1 then hits zero after in the sales branch can it ring the sales manager ext instead of the operator. Same for the digit 2. if the hit zero i would like it to go to the office manager. It would be nice if so. i just cant find it

Only once it goes to the respective extensions voicemail - you can set a personal target attendant on an individual mailbox. For example, if you zero out of a sales persons mailbox, you can go to the sales manager instead of the system attendant.

As far as pressing zero when the call is ringing, don't think it's possible.

Great just what i was looking for thanks..I did not see that feild. It must be in the mailbox itself. personal target attendant? Whats is the setting by default? So i would go to mailbox say 220 and set the personal target attendant to ext of the dept head. thanks alot!!

You need to enable personal target attendant in the class of service, if not already enabled. After that, the PTA needs to be set in each mailbox that you want to change.

The default zero revert is the system attendant extension.
