BCM 400/call id log can't see the number

Ok, Here is one that I don't want to call Nortel about. I have a BCM 400 that caller id logs, you can't see the number. It just has company name, not their number. Here is how it goes...When an external call comes in, the CLID is displayed briefly, goes away and then the company name is displayed. I see in the logs the *Company name is shown, but not the CLID. Sets are T3316e and using PRI and NI2 protocol..I have checked the CO and they are sending name and number..HELP!!!
 
Under the set programing check under telco for the assinged line call id Y. Also check for name first or number call id Y.
