"We have a BCM 400 rel 4.02.03a running Call Center environment. We have problems with RCC, the BCM stop sending XML to third party application. When this happened, the agents are logoff so we have to do is stop CCRSappserver Service or shutdown BCM."

I add more information about problem
There are 2 bcm with same configuration, they not show this problem

This BCM had SU.system 22 and Desktop 14 and showed problems, then load System 28 and Desktop 17 and continue the problem.
Tha AC supply is nominal (120VCA)

CCRSAppserver.log shows the query of Third Party application each 4 seg (normal).

is there another log on BCM which could show any problem why the BCM stop sending XML.

windows update could cause BCM stop sending XML and agents logoff

I seem to recall that system patch 22 was a dodgy release?. I'd make sure that you apply the latest system 28 and desktop 17 afterwards.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

the BCM is running with SU.System 28 and Desktop 17 and continues the problem.
The problem is intermittent...works well some days and then fail..

Review the logs on RCC and look for any occurrences of bad_xml or invalid_xml. It's quite alright to bad logs to another directory temporarily, so you see just the new logs.

Run CCRSTest.htm to test (maximum 4 hour window) to test further (refer to RCC troubleshooting PDF for more details).
Plus try saving the results as a .xml file, then opening the file after the save, and make sure you can read it, including the bottom. Hint: wait until the scroll bar on the right has finished, to ensure data testing is complete.

One BCM allows one RCC only, ensure customer has not inadvertently installed RCC on > 1 PC.
