bcm 400 call center

I have a BCM 400 release 4.0 with 30ip phones and call center installed, i also have 30 lan cte licences,

i want to install a recording solution which will use the lan cte

i also want to integrate the bcm with a database software for customers, can i use the lan cte whic is also going to be used with the recording solution,

please help
 

I don't see why it wouldn't work.
What recording solution are you looking at?
 
I have had good luck with Call Parrot. It will record all calls on the PRI whether it's an agent or not.

This isn't a plug for the program, just one of many I have had to install and by far the easiest to use.

the recording solution im looking at is Telstart,

and the database software is glds,
