I have a BCM with Proffesional Call center with 50 skillsets assigned. I have recently upgraded from 3.7 to 4.0. They currntely have 3 skillsets and I added a fourth. The problem i am having is the 4th does not show up in RCC. Is there a certain way you have to refresh the skillsets.

When adding a skillset you need to assign it to the user you use to connect to the RCC (ex:admin) otherwise it will not show up in RCC. By experience you need to receive at least one call in that new skillset to populate in the RCC.

The issue ended up being that we coudn't add the skillset from a regular user with admin rights. We had to login with the admin account. We had to get the password through a text editor. When we were able to login with the admin account the skillset was there.
