BCM 400 Call Center Reporting Real Time Problem

I just installed Call Center Reporting on a sever at customer site with a BCM 400. At the server I can print reports and view the real-time screens. From the Call Center supervisors' PC, I can print the reports but cannot view real-time data. When I go to view real-time, I get the headings but no data. I am using HTTP to get to the server from the PC. I have the pop-up blocker turned off as well. Any idea why I cannot view the real-time info. Thanks

Try reinstalling activeX on the PC. is it XP or Vista ?
I had the same issues before also

If you have the NTP's the sections at the bottom of CCReporting is great for trouble shooting.
