Is there any way to setup agents at remote sites without using IP sets at the site licensed for Call Center? I have a a skill that I need to be serviced at a remote site. both sites at BCM, and VOIP gateway trunks between with coordinated dialing plan and remote package with MCDN. We use VPN for the connection so the qos is not great at times and we currently have a few users with IP sets connected at the home base bcm. I want to know if we can use the local bcm and still be a member of the call center? am I nuts? is it possible? I know lots of other call centers like genesis supports this?
Thanks

BCM does not suppor this. IP office is supposed to, I have a lot of locations and want to do the same thing you do. I currently have ques overflow to remote sites if I need to, I loose any ACD metrics, but it cuts down hold times in my acd ques.
