Hi everyone

i have a BCM 400 which was previously installed by some IT company at one of our site offices now this BCM 400 is handed over to me. i have all the password and software for it (Business Element Manager),

Now i want to configure a basic system where i have 4 co lines and around 20 - 30 ext, how would i program the BCM 400 for such a system. i tried to read Network config guide but didnt understood how to go by. can any one please help me.

first slot i have G8X16 MODULE
Second and third i have DSM32 Module

i have 4 truck line frm my service provider

thanks for your reply Norstarboy125

the problem is that if i go to any vendor all they say is to replace this and get AVAYA or some other brand. i want to stick with this as i dont wanna throw away such an expensive device

the only thing i am unable to do is that to put the 4 trunk in a line pool, if you can jst explain me that i think i can make it work

Assign lines to a pool, a code for the pool and let the extensions have access to that pool.
