BCM 400 Backup FTP Test Failed

I am currently collecting CDR from 6 BCM's via FTP, works perfectly. My domain guy created smoe new folders on the same FTP server to schedule backups and my backups will not connect to it. Are there some settings I missed??
I tried the following formats:

(IP)xx.xx.xxx.xxx
user
pw
folder


servername
user
pw
folder

various combinations using part of the file path, no file path.

Really annoying! Please help!

If anyone is looking for the magic combo here it is:

FTP SERVER: xx.xxx.xx.xxx
USER NAME: username
PASSWORD: pw
DIRECTORY: \\FOLDERNAME

FTP username & pw point to directory folder on the server, directory defines a specific location in the FTP folder.
