I'm trying to change the auto attendant from answering at 0 rings to 4.

Our reception extension and auto attendant extension don't match up. We have it set to answer immediately but I changed it to 2 rings and neither phone ring when calling.
For fun I changed the auto attendant extension to another number (set rings to 0 same greeting table) and it doesn't auto answer or ring that line either?

Do Feature * 0 then press each line and note the program number such as 001 - Line 1
Now go to the voice mail system programming: AA/Lines/001 and set it to 0 to 4.
Do that to all the lines.

If you are using PRI/DID's that use Target Lines then you will need to go into the phone system programming and see how the lines are assigned to the set if any.

Either way under Sets/ActiveSets check the ext # you want to ring, make sure the line/s are Assigned to Appear & Ring and not just Appear Only.
