BCM 400 and Patton SIP device

Has anybody had a PRI then swapped it out using a Patton 4960 SIP to PRI device? I am currently trying to swap over to a SIP provider but still use the PRI card in the BCM. The Patton is a SIP to PRI and/or PRI to SIP device.
The BCMs PRI card has an outgoing anber light so it seems to not recognize it.

Try a T1 Cross-over cable to see if the PRI comes up.
If you want to make it yourself using 2 RJ45 connectors,the pinout is as follow;

1--4
2--5
4--1
5--2

We tried that this morning and that was the trick. We had the cable made up yesterday but couldn't test until this morning.
